We attempt to be as accurate as possible with plant descriptions, bloom times, and colors. However, because flower bulbs are natural products, we do not warrant that the results in your garden will exactly match the images on our website due to variations in soil, climate, and gardening skill.

4. Pricing and Availability

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a variety at any time.

• Since bulbs are seasonal, we may occasionally run out of stock after an order is placed. In such cases, we will contact you for a replacement or a full refund via PayU.

5. Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, PayU. We do not store your credit card or UPI details on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hortisphere shall not be liable for any damage to property (such as existing garden plants) or personal injury (such as allergies or skin irritation) resulting from the handling or planting of our bulbs. As stated in our product descriptions, some bulbs (like the Flame Lily) are toxic if ingested; it is the customer's responsibility to plant them safely away from pets and children.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Haryana, India.
