1. Order Processing Time
At Hortisphere, we take great care in selecting and packing your bulbs.

All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Note on Seasonal Pre-orders: If you are ordering "Summer Bulbs" during the pre-order period, these will be dispatched at the optimal planting time for your region. Please check the specific product page for estimated shipping windows.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: Delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹299
3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Because our products are live botanical items, we recommend shipping to a physical address where someone can receive the package to ensure the bulbs are not exposed to extreme temperatures in a mailbox.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Handling & Packaging
To ensure your bulbs arrive in peak condition:

Bulbs are packed in breathable, eco-friendly materials to prevent moisture buildup and rot.

We include a basic Hortisphere Planting Guide with every shipment to help you get started immediately.
6. Damages
Hortisphere is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged (e.g., crushed or rotted bulbs), please contact our support team at support@thehortisphere.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
7. International Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship within India to comply with agricultural transit regulations and to ensure the freshness of our bulbs
